Description
游離粒腺體去氧核醣核酸藉由模式識別受體引起發炎反應,導致器官損傷,為重要的臨床生物指標,和重症患者的疾病嚴重程度以及預後有顯著的相關,然而目前缺乏快速準確的偵測技術。本計畫將結合新穎無酵素恆溫放大法,包括雜交鏈反應(hybridization chain reaction, HCR)和莖環催化連鎖放大反應(Catalytic Hairpin Assembly, CHA)等核心技術,發展出室溫操作、快速、敏感及成本低的mtDNA檢測法,並利用前瞻性多中心重症病人族群的檢體,進行平台的臨床驗證。研究成果將成為未來精準重症醫療的重要基礎
