Description
這個由五個部分組成的三年整合型計畫的最終目標是透過從「健康一體」的角度尋求更好的管理策略，以減少念珠菌，特別是抗藥性熱帶念珠菌對人類健康的威脅。 我們希望透過比較來自病人和環境的熱帶念珠菌株，並確定導致熱帶念珠菌抗藥性的分子機制；研究白色念珠菌和熱帶念珠菌菌血症成人病人血清中潛在的預後代謝生物標記物，了解與疾病嚴重程度相關的遺傳變異和轉錄譜，闡明動物模型上的宿主-病原體相互作用，並尋求潛在的治療解決方案。
