這項研究旨在了解導致 CPB 引發免疫癱瘓的潛在機制,並確認在無菌發炎過程中具免疫調節的治療標的,最終希望能改善病人預後的風險評估和預防治療,並減少免疫癱瘓所引發的術後併發症及其發生的嚴重程度。因此未來本研究的成果不僅有機會提供臨床應用,也將具有學術研究價值。
