Description
免疫療法主要是通過誘導或增強免疫反應來對付癌細胞。過去的文獻指出浸潤於腫瘤組織的免疫細胞與免疫療法的效果有很大的關連性存在。在我們的實驗中發現，當癌細胞大量表現TOX High Mobility Group Box蛋白時會抑制T細胞的增生與降低T細胞的毒殺能力。透過本研究 (動物模式, 臨床檢體檢測),我們想確認TOX High Mobility Group Box蛋白是否與免疫治療的反應有直接的關聯性,在未來或許能夠成為判斷免疫治療效果的一個生物指標。
