Description
隨著女性乳房X光檢查的增加,近幾十年來,全球乳腺導管原位癌(簡稱DCIS)的發現率呈上升趨勢。因此,本團隊計畫將探討影響DCIS惡化的分子機轉。我們藉由研究MAPK/ERK訊號傳導和其所調控BCL3是否參與DCIS的腫瘤惡化和免疫反應調節機制。我們預期此研究成果、將幫助我們探討DCIS的惡化分子機制和免疫反應調節機轉參與DCIS惡化機轉,來進一步治療DCIS復發的病人。並通過對DCIS的臨床前和臨床研究進一步探索, 其所發展之抗MAP3K1和BCL3的機轉和可能之藥物,來增加乳腺導管原位癌對抗荷爾蒙藥物和放射治療效果。
