Abstract
in Taipei, Taiwan.ITC-Asia was initiated by International Test Conference (ITC) in 2017 in response to growing globalization and worldwide cooperation.It aims to address the grand challenge of ensuring the quality of electronic systems that are at the heart of emerging applications ranging from AIoT, cloud computing, automotive electronics, etc., and rely heavily on advanced fabrication and integration technologies.We sincerely hope that ITC-Asia will become an important annual gathering in Asia for people and companies around the globe to share the state-of-the-art test and validation technologies for emerging electronic systems.ITC-Asia 2022 explores areas in test development, design validation, reliability, and security for electronic devices, circuits, and systems.In addition to the fourteen regular research papers, we have further enriched the contents of this conference with two half-day tutorials, five keynote speeches, and more than ten invited talks from the academy and the industry.Impacted by COVID-19, 2022 ITC-Asia is held in a hybrid format.The physical meeting takes place in Le Méridien Taipei, while the virtual conference is conducted online.The virtual conference provides prerecorded presentations for on-demand viewing in response to travel restrictions of international participants during the pandemic.
