The judgment of whether the action should be punished or rewarded and the decision of the degree of punishments or rewards are two major problems in such a scheme. We propose a fuzzy rulebase to provide the guiding criterion for the self-learning fuzzy controller to construct its fuzzy control rulebase. © 1998 IEEE. |
