The management is further complicated when renal perfusion is impaired and thus associated with severe renovascular hypertension. As catheterization techniques advanced over the past decade, percutaneous endovascular intervention provides a less invasive alternative for management of such cases. We report a case of chronic Stanford type B aortic dissection complicated with visceral and limb ischemia presenting with marked renovascular hypertension, which was successfully treated with percutaneous endovascular aortic stenting.
