Abstract
We demonstrate a high-throughput fluorescence based microfluidic flow cytometer with 64 microfluidic channels with each channel capable of detecting 1600 droplets/sec. This cytometer is realized by utilizing solid immersed high N.A. microball lens array for high sensitivity, parallel, and low chromatic aberration detection across a 6 mm distance.
