Abstract
The ability to image physiological processes in vivo is vital for addressing significant issues in biology and medicine. In this presentation, our results of using multiphoton microscopy to characterize tissues under ex vivo conditions will be presented. In addition, it is discussed how intravital hepatic metabolism can be addressed using multiphoton imaging.
