Abstract
Many diverse application areas are experiencing an explosive increase in the availability of data to analysis, including the medical and biological sciences. Based on the emergency medical database, this research has tried to mine the association between the reason of calling ambulance service and the medical history of patients. The acute conditions, which make people call the ambulance service, may be derived from the chronic diseases. The mined associations of this research are potentially beneficial for developing appropriate managements of the chronic illnesses.
