We describe the prenatal diagnosis of Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome at 15 weeks' gestation using the surface rendering technique of three-dimensional ultrasound. The vivid three-dimensional images of the affected fetus are invaluable in prenatal diagnosis and parental counselling. |
