Abstract
Crystal-storing histiocytosis is a rare morphological finding characterized by accumulation of crystalline material within histiocytes. It is typically seen in patients with monoclonal gammopathy, multiple myeloma or low-grade B-cell lymphoma. The crystalline material is composed of kappa light chain in most cases.
