Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the size and density of IrOx nanocrystals with the conditions of two iridium oxide thicknesses under two post deposition annealing temperature treatments. Through the microstructural investigation, growing mechanism of IrOx nanocrystals is well explained.
