Abstract
由於風洞因地制宜個別差異的特性及過去不少風洞失敗的案例,風洞的設計與製作在長久以來一直被視爲技術與藝術的綜合體;其主要原因是文獻中雖對風洞各構件有不少的技術探討,但對於整個系統規劃設計之考量、各構件間之互動關係以及其測試之記錄則常付諸闕如:因此,一個完整而成功的風洞設計與測試案例記錄,對於後繼風洞設計與製造者在建立新風洞的過程,實乃-最有用的參考資料。本文之主要目的即是提供臺灣第一座自行設計製造之低紊流較大型多功能風洞(測試區尺寸爲0.8m×0.6m×3.8mm,最大風速70m/s,紊流強度小於0.1%)的前驅作業中,所製作之四分之一縮尺模型風洞從整個系統規劃、設計考量至其測試結果之完整記錄。而由此模型風洞之完成,除了已建立吾人後績製作原尺寸風洞成功之保證外,同時也印證了一些吾人對多功能低紊流閉迴路風洞新的設計理念,並取得風洞設計中很重要的實際工程比例經驗。
Due to the characteristic of individual differences of wind tunnels and some of the construction failures, the wind tunnel design and manufacturing have long since been regarded as a combination of art and technology. Although there have been many investigations of the wind tunnel components in the existing literature, there were only few papers, which provided complete documents from system design and back-ground considerations, interrelationship between components, to final testing results. Hence, the complete documentation of a successful wind tunnel design with final testing results could be the most useful references for the successive wind tunnel designer and consturctor. The main purpose of this paper is to provide the complete documentation of a 1/4-scaled model for the first self-designed and-manufactured middle-size, multipurpose, low-turbulence wind tunnel (with test-section 0.8m (w)×0.6m (H)×3.8m (L), maximal speed 70m/s and turbulence intensity <0.1%) in Taiwan. The construction of the model wind tunnel has guaranteed the success of the following prototype manufacturing. Furthermore, some new designing ideas for closed-return-type, low-turbulence wind tunnel was verified, and the engineering scaling experiences was obtained during the model construction process.
