Abstract
Organic bifunctional device with solar absorption and red emission abilities have been realized by using a amorphous electron donor, bis(naphthylphenylaminophenyl) fumaronitrile (NPAFN). NPAFN exhibits a high hole drift mobility greater than 0.07 cm 2 /Vs as determined by organic field-effect transistor. The NPAFN device showed high power conversion efficiency of 2.1% under 1-sun AM1.5G illumination and electroluminescence at forward bias of 1.5 V.
