The disease usually has a benign clinical course and over 50% of cases recover spontaneously without specific treatment. The occurrence of life-threatening complications in CMTC is rare. Conclusion:We report a neonate with life-threatening cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita which was complicated by gangrenous ulceration, bleeding episodes, and hypovolaemic shock. ?
