Abstract
To investigate the potential of a pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF) peptide 44-mer to promote nerve regeneration in a rabbit corneal nerve injury model to demonstrate its neurotrophic ability in cultivated mouse trigeminal neuron cells.
