Anti-HIV activity of these compounds on a R5 pseudotype virus, ConB/pNL43E-L+, in the U87-CD4-CCR5 cells has been measured. Compounds 5, 22, 23, and 28 showed good anti-HIV activity with IC50 value of 0.25, 1.07, 0.01, 0.32μg/mL, respectively. ? 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. |
