Quasi-single-mode (side mode suppression rate SMSR is 17dB) continuous-wave output is up to 0.74 mW with a modulation bandwidth of 19 GHz at room temperature. The proposed device is composed of based 850-nm vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers with a 5-m oxide aperture. ? 2020 IEEE. |
