Abstract
We report a novel structure of U-shaped micro-LED to reduce the lateral leakage and explore the impact on QDs beside the quantum wells. Furtherly, optimize the utilized region of red QDs to reduce cost. Finally, make reliability test at 100 A/cm2 to make sure the usage region for red QDs. ? OSA 2021, ? 2021 The Author(s)
