From the temperature compensation method, we will overcome the nonlinearity for the zero shifts, the temperature effect, the hysteresis and the scale itself of the load cell. By this method, it can promote the precision of the digital load cell, and the integrated circuit for sensing and compensation will be feasible. From the simulation and experiments, we know that the averaging method will promote the repeatability of the load cell. |
