Drainless Thoracoscopic Lobectomy for Lung Cancer

Drainless video-assisted thoracoscopic (VATS) wedge resection has been demonstrated as feasible in treating various lung diseases. However, it remains unknown whether this surgical technique can be effectively applied to lobectomy. In the current study, we evaluated the perioperative outcome of drainless, minimally invasive lobectomy in patients with lung cancer.
