Paradoxical upgrading reaction (PUR) indicates the unanticipated deterioration during therapy in patients with tuberculous lymphadenitis. We investigated the diagnostic performance of the ultrasonography and shear wave elastography (SWE) in predicting the therapeutic response of peripheral tuberculous lymphadenitis.
