Abstract
Let A be a compact set in (Formula presented.), and (Formula presented.). We know from the Mattila–Sjölin's theorem if (Formula presented.), then the distance set (Formula presented.) has non-empty interior. In this paper, we show that the threshold (Formula presented.) can be improved whenever (Formula presented.).
