Abstract
This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book explains the development of theoretical frameworks, experimental fabrication techniques, high-resolution measurements, and excellent performance of energy storage and conversion materials, including lithium-ion-based batteries, supercapacitors, solar cells, and fuel cells. It explains the physical and electronic properties of Na-intercalation compounds by first-principles calculations, such as geometric structure, band structure, density of states, and spatial charge distribution. The book argues that that the LiMnO2 compound has fascinating electronic and magnetic properties based on Vienna Ab initio Simulation Package analysis results. It presents the idea of producing next-generation dye-sensitized solar cells because the novel and optimal classical DSSC materials utilized to improve the performance of DSSCs under ambient lighting.
