This motion system is applied in the field of high-precision laser processing. For this application, the development of disturbance rejection is improtant to suppress the disturbance torque. To improve the disturbance rejection performance, in this paper, a disturbance torque decoupling approach is investigated. In addition, due to the limitation of the sensor installation, a disturbance torque observer is designed to estimate the undesired disturbance torque. According to the simulation and experimental results, the proposed disturbance torque decoupling can effectively improve the disturbance rejection performance of the PM motor motion system. |
