Abstract
In this paper, we will review the development of micro-LED in ITRI, and demonstrate the latest results of the full-color, and high resolution micro display with fine pitch of micro-LED arrays. The devices can be mass-transferred onto different substrates, such as printed circuit boards or glass plates. The micro-LED performance is measured and its reliability under temperature cycle and high current condition show great stability in both forward voltage and output power.
