This study focused on the diet scenario and aimed to assess their needs and performances of using food photographs with a current food diary app. The methodology of design-based research (DBR) was adopted, using the methods and instruments of qualitative in-depth interviews, diaries, and focus group inter-views. It was found that taking food photographs could improve well-being for the older adults. The preliminary findings suggested that participants were more mindful of their food and were highly involved during the sharing session. |
