Amniotic fluid stem cells were cultured in veinsized microfluidic channels and were induced with shear stress. The entire process has been documented under the microscope system (Fig. 1). The results showed the expression of CD31 and vWF for AFSC after 3 hours of 12 dyne/cm2 shear stress after three hours and a significant alignment for endothelial cells after 24 hours of 12 dyne/cm2 shear stress. © 2009 CBMS. |
