Abstract
The geometrical environment is necessary for guiding the cells' growth direction [1, 2]. To form different kind of wrinkles for guiding cells' growth, we developed an easy fabrication without using wafer fab. Alternatively, the MEMS process. It had big different between cultured cells on flat surface and surface with structure. This technique has excellent potential for tissue engineering and organ-on-chip.
