In our study, we utilized an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template to fabricate a large-area LSPR sensor with adjustable nanostructure parameters such as period and diameter. By using different nanostructure patterns, we investigated the plasmonic coupling effect and optimized the nanostructure geometry. Our research demonstrates the real-time and multipoint detection of pathogen DNA sequences. Based on the above features, we believe that this platform has the potential for point-of-care (POC) biosensing applications. |
