Abstract
In this paper, a combinational system of machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) is proposed an age-related macular degeneration (AMD) detection. Achieving the low-complex advantage of the ML and combining it with the high accuracy of DL, the proposed MD-Flow archives a low data transmission. Using the 2-stage detection of MD-Flow, the accuracy is raised from 92.5% to 99.12% with 57.4% transmitted volumes.
