Keywords: | 煞車回充;電子油壓煞車;雙馬達系統;行車控制單元;電動車;Regenerative braking;Electric hydraulic brake (EHB);Dual motor;Vehicle Control Unit (VCU);Electric vehicle (EV) | Issue Date: | 2010 | Abstract: | 對電動車及混合動力車來說,如何有效提升續航力是很重要的議題。而利用煞車回充來增進能量回收的表現,並進一步提升電動車的續航力,是相當有效率的方法。此外,回充煞車在車輛的煞車性能表現上也相當重要。 在電動車的煞車回充系統上,能量回收的表現與煞車性能是難以同時兼顧的。針對這點,過去已有相當多回充煞車策略之研究,利用前後煞車力分配與煞車回充系統式,試圖在電動車上改善這個問題。然而,多數的電動車與混合動力車之回充煞車策略都是實現在前驅的單馬達或是發電系統上;因此,煞車能量的回收只能仰賴馬達所在的前輪上。 本研究擬研發一煞車回充策略與系統,以同時達到良好的煞車表現與高能量回收率;同時本研究也將對回充煞車系統在緊急狀態下的安全性進行探討。本研究策略將實現在單馬達電動車的行車控制單元上,並藉由實際路試驗證系統的可行性與模擬的可信度,最後透過模擬驗證本研究的雙馬達策略之效能。 One of the most important issues of electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) is to prolong their driving range. And to improve the ability of energy recovery through regenerative braking is an effective way to extend driving range of EVs. Besides, regenerative braking is also a critical factor for brake performance. When an EV’s brake is applied, it is difficult to ensure good energy recovery and brake performance at the same time. Several strategies have been proposed and implemented in the past for control of regenerative braking and brake force distribution of EVs. However, most of these strategies and systems are for EVs and HEVs with single motor or generator on front wheels. Therefore, energy can only be recovered through the front wheels. The strategy is designed to maximize regenerative energy recovery without sacrificing the braking performance of the vehicle. Also, the safety issue of braking control strategy is discussed in this study. The strategy is partly implemented on the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) of the single motor EV, and road test is applied to make the simulations of dual motor system more authentic. Finally, the simulations show good agreement with the design target. |
