本計畫將透過了解NF2 突變於具有EGFR或ALK陽性之非小細胞肺癌患的發生頻率以及其如何影響下游訊息傳導路徑與驅動基因標靶藥物治療效果，找到標靶藥物新的抗藥機轉以及進一步的治療策略，以克服標靶藥物抗藥性與改善病人的預後。
