Description
2022年世界衞生組織公布需優先關注的黴菌，鐮孢菌列在high priority category。鐮孢菌在環境普遍存在，在各國重要經濟作物產生疾病影響產量及品質，也會在免疫不全病人引起全身性感染，是血液腫瘤病人侵襲性產菌絲黴菌感染第二常見菌，死亡率高達3-6成。對抗黴菌藥物大多抗藥且可能因species而異，但鑑定至species困難，因此全球臨床及抗藥性資料有限，近日公布之國際指引特別強調實證依據之缺乏。此三年計畫擬針對鐮孢菌臨床菌株以分生輔助鑑定species，評估藥物感受性，針對侵襲性感染分析藥物治療反應及臨床預後與共病、菌種、藥物動力學動態學特性之相關性，並尋找適合的參數以及早判斷藥
