Description
本研究目的希望能開發針對老年衰弱族群的預立醫療照護諮商影片決策輔助工具，藉由隨機對照分配研究驗證其實際效益，預期能協助老年衰弱族群對預立醫療照護諮商的了解及簽署的意願，增加實際簽署預立醫療指示的意願，協助臨床醫療團隊達到此族群以人為中心的高品質照護。並希望能將此影片決策輔助工具提供「財團法人醫院評鑑暨醫療品質策進會」的醫病共享決策專區，並申請「SNQ國家品質標章」(Symbol of National Quality)，供全國照護老年衰弱團隊使用，以推進全國衰弱老人照護品質。
