Description
去甲基化藥物azacitidine (AZA) 改變了骨髓化生不良症候群以及急性骨髓性白血病 傳統以化療為主的治療模式 ,然而僅有約三分之一病人會有治療反應,而且臨床 反應通常出現在2-6個月後。此外,即使有臨床反應的病人也會在1-2年慢慢產生抗 藥性。因此尋找臨床可用的生物標記預測治療反應,並探討如何降地抗藥性極為重 要。本計畫使用數種單細胞技術分析骨髓血癌細胞與免疫細胞表觀遺傳之調控機轉並尋找合適的生物標記。完成本計畫將使學術界對骨髓微環境表觀遺傳調控有更深入的認識,同時亦可用生物標記精準找出對AZA治療有效的病人,開發減少抗藥性之合併治療,以幫助更多血液癌症病患。
