Description
本計畫之目的在於利用免疫球蛋白醣化與細胞激素之變化闡明B細胞靶向生物製劑作用機轉並預測治療反應。本研究之重要性即在於進一步找出、確認並應用B細胞與免疫球蛋白G，以及骨髓群系(myeloid lineage)細胞包含了巨噬細胞或單核球，以及嗜中性球細胞之回饋機制。預期可影響以後對於風濕免疫疾病之致病機轉研究中，過去所不知道之B細胞的調節功能，期使能夠精準地區分各種B細胞靶向藥物合適之患者，使臨床治療能夠更加有效率。
