這項研究的成果將有助於了解 ARNT表現在骨髓化生不良症候群的發生及進展中扮演的角色及ARNT 表現與炎性體物質或其他基因變異的關連及其臨床重要性。轉殖基因斑馬魚活體模式將有助於瞭解 ARNT 基因在造血功能細胞的作用及骨髓化生不良症候群癌化過程的病生理角色，也將有助於制定有效的治療方法，做為個人化醫療重要的基石。
