透過本計畫執行,我們將在細胞與動物試驗中運用非侵入式低強度脈衝超音波技術探討其是否可以增加運動復健的功效減少二次中風發生與損傷。了解低頻超音波對有氧運動及抗阻力運動模式的實質改善效果,並釐清運動賀爾蒙鳶尾素在二次性腦中風與相關危險因子的網路訊號關聯性。期望未來可發展與運用低頻脈衝式超音波技術增加運動復健之效果改善二次中風的發生率與傷害,並將此技術應用於臨床。透過本計畫的執行將可提供臨床降低二次中風方法的參考依據。
