Abstract
Fluxonium superconducting qubits have been fabricated on sapphire substrates using an e-beam lithography-based Dolan Bridge technique. To enhance process control and improve yield, the quantum circuit fabrication is monitored through a non-destructive, in-line X-ray metrology method.
