高流量鼻導管的使用及醫療花費持續增加中,但醫療人員仍缺乏好的工具及實證資料來指引高流量鼻導管的流速設定。在這一個研究計畫中,我們將透過臨床試驗來直接比較不同的流速設定方法,提供以實證為基礎的流速設定方案,並測試「呼氣末肺容積」及「尖峰吸氣流速」的生理表現型,是否能用來進行個人化的流速設定。我們的研究結果有望優化目前對高流量鼻導管的流速設定方式,進而改善呼吸衰竭病人的預後及降低後續的醫療花費。
