Abstract
本研究解析國際高階五軸機體積空間精度之關鍵誤差成因,並採用線性軸長時間運動位移與熱變位監控技術,提供國產五軸機設備產品兼具量測、診斷與回饋改善優化之整合型核心領域專業技術。透過體積空間精度量測與監控技術的建立,並結合空間精度診斷機制,業者得以優化設計、製造與組裝的技術指標,進一步掌握世界級五軸加工機的生產核心能力。
This study elucidates the root causes of critical volumetric errors in international high-end five-axis machining centers and incorporates long-term linear-axis motion and thermal displacement monitoring to provide domestic five-axis machine tools with integrated domain know-how that combines measurement, diagnosis, and feedback-based optimization. By establishing volumetric accuracy measurement and monitoring technologies and coupling them with a volumetric accuracy diagnostic mechanism, machine tool builders can refine the technical benchmarks for design, manufacturing, and assembly, thereby strengthening their command of the core production capabilities required for world-class five-axis machining centers.
