Abstract
2009年莫拉克颱風在台灣南部高屏溪集水區流域,造成嚴重之崩塌與土砂災害,莫拉克颱風後,仍然受到後續之崩塌及土砂變遷的影響,進而出現反覆流動之情形,並在河道內及下游地區產生淘刷及淤積的現象。河道或邊坡上堆積之土石易發生遷移,往往與後續土砂災害有密切關係,並影響下游地區及復建工程之進行。本研究以高雄市那瑪夏區三處土石流流域為研究區,分析流域內河道變遷與土砂變化,利用數值模擬分析,比對災害前後航照圖與現地調查結果,評估土砂可能殘留之量體與地形變遷的情形。
Typhoon Morakot in 2009 caused severe landslides and debris flow hazard in Kao-Ping River Basin, and the related hazard continued after Typhoon Morakot. The debris deposited in river channel or on slope is easily transported which is often related to subsequent hazards. This study analyzes the sediment transportation in three debris flow basins in Namasha District, Kaohsiung City. Numerical simulation and topographical analysis were conducted and compared to results of field investigation, and the debris associated with landslides and sediment transportation thus can be estimated.
