Abstract
本研究參考臺灣法令規定及設計規範,建立專屬「施工架臨時性構造物」的智能監控系統,並以臺北市信義區某巨額營建工程作為研究案例,透過2D施工架規劃配置圖說及材料試驗報告,建置BIM模型;運用ETABS結構分析軟體,輸入工址參數及邊界條件,辨識施工架結構,決定重要監測點位;實際安裝感測器紀錄監測數據,上傳雲端平台進行AI人工智慧數據分析,迴歸案例工地「施工架自然震動頻率」;透過ML深度學習法,區分日間「施工狀態」及夜間「非施工狀態」之頻率區間範圍,排除異常監測數值,提升整體監測系統穩定性。
This study refers to Taiwan's legal regulations and design specifications to establish an "scaffolding intelligent monitoring system" for temporary structures. It uses a large-scale procurement construction project in Xinyi District, Taipei City as a research case, and uses 2D scaffolding planning and configuration diagrams and material testing. Report and build a BIM model; use ETABS structural analysis software to input site parameters and boundary conditions, identify the construction structure, and determine important monitoring points; actually install sensors to record monitoring data, and upload it to the cloud platform for AI artificial intelligence data analysis, return to the "natural frequency of the scaffolding frame" at the case construction site; use the ML method to distinguish the frequency range of "construction status" during the day and "non-construction status" at night, eliminate abnormal monitoring values, and improve the stability of the overall monitoring system.
