Abstract
企業內員工部分來自當地的居民，當發生災害時，如何將員工進行編組並結合當地民力，並於第一時間內展開自助與互助活動，皆為平時所應思考的。本研究目標對象以一般中小型企業為主，且為落實民眾相關之防救災深耕工作，企業防災推動機制將以企業自主型防救災工作為範圍，並針對其各工作要領提出應對計畫與評估方法，除參考先進國家所採用之政策與宣導企業防災之重要性外，考慮本土企業特性與未來可能面臨災害，以建立企業防災能力自我檢視表及防災計畫範本與推動程序建置，期望各相關企業能參考本研究成果以積極推動防災工作。
Some corporate employees are from the local region so the issue of forming teams to gather the power of local residents during times of disaster to quickly act in autonomous or mutual support should be constantly pondered. The purpose of this study uses medium and small businesses as the target to realize the disaster mitigation efforts in the population. Corporate disaster relief mechanisms will focus on enabling businesses' capability to provide relief for themselves during the attack of disaster. Businesses disaster prevention plans will be provided after evaluation methods which will consider policies and propaganda adopted by advanced countries while taking into account the characteristics of local businesses and the types of disasters that may arise in the future. This study established the checklists and executive plan for business disaster prevention, which hope to provide businesses with an exemplar and reference to aggressively execute disaster prevention efforts.
