Research Interests
My research interests are centered around the following areas:(1)Clinical and translational research in hematological malignancies, particularly lymphoid malignancies, with emphasis on diagnosis, therapeutic strategies, and clinical outcomes; (2)Advanced targeted therapies and immunotherapies, including the clinical application and evaluation of novel therapeutic drugs, antibody treatments, and combination treatments;(3)Molecular genetics and signaling pathways involved in blood cancers, specifically related to lymphoma subtypes;(4)Application of advanced molecular biology techniques, proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and next-generation sequencing for biomarker discovery, disease monitoring, and understanding signaling mechanisms underpinning disease progression and treatment response. Overall, my work integrates clinical trials, molecular biology, genetics, proteomics, and translational medicine approaches aimed at improved diagnostic precision, therapeutic effectiveness, and mechanistic insights into hematologic cancers.
