Description
潛伏結核感染的預防性治療,是終結結核病的重要關鍵。隨著長效型rifapentine加入處方而縮短了療程,預防性治療的完成率大大提高。雖然不同處方副作用的表現不盡相同,但不管是使用3HP還是1HP,大約都有十分之一的個案會出現全身性藥物反應。對於這種無法預期且較嚴重的藥物不良反應的危險因子,目前所知不多。我們過去的研究結果顯示,可能與血中藥物濃度或宿主的基因表現相關。因此,我們設計了這個前瞻性多中心的臨床研究,嘗試由群體藥物動力學和周邊血液單核細胞轉譯體資訊中,建構全身性藥物反應的預測模式,並在一個獨立的多中心前瞻性臨床研究案中,驗證我們建構的預測模式之準確度。
