Description
本研究將收集無或有轉移的共60位微小乳突癌病患、50個非症候群家族性非髓質甲狀腺癌家族、30位同生性甲狀腺癌病患，進行臨床與基因特徵分析。基因特徵主要是包含針對甲狀腺癌的50個基因(以DNA檢測)及19個融合基因(以mRNA/cDNA檢測)的NGS套組檢測病理組織，家族性甲狀腺癌患者另須比對血液WGS檢測。同生性甲狀腺癌則會輔以polyguanine親緣演化推測分析。臨床特徵包括年紀性別、病史、家族史、治療、是否復發、轉移、死亡等預後。各種特徵之間分析比較。預期結果能對微小乳突癌病患、非症候群家族性非髓質甲狀腺癌家族、同生性甲狀腺癌病患有更深入的了解，以協助臨床制訂治療指引及個別化的精準醫療計畫。
